I’m excited to be working with the Eudaimonia Center in Columbia, MD, a women’s health collective dedicated to whole, embodied health. As the yoga therapist on staff focusing on prenatal, postnatal, and general women’s health, I am available for individual yoga as therapy sessions.

I also offer monthly workshops dedicated to cultivating a sense of ease, peace, and strength in all parts of self.

Each workshop is geared to give you tools to take off the mat and into daily life. Join for one, or return each month.

Prenatal: First Tuesdays, 12-1:30pm

All aspects of the body, mind, and Spirit are impacted when a woman prepares to become a mother. Our prenatal workshops will invite participants to explore strength, as well as ease—qualities essential as you prepare to do the work of bring a new life into this world, and sustaining it and yourself.

Postnatal: Third Tuesdays, 12-1:30pm

Motherhood is hard. Connection to Self and your Sisters is the salve. Our postpartum workshops are as much a place for sharing as they are for strengthening and easing. We’ll work on reconnecting with your core body, and then finding strong extensions from that centered, grounded place. Our work will take place as much in the physical, as well as the energetic and emotional realms.

Women’s Health: Fourth Tuesdays, 12-1:30pm

Cultivating the capacity to pay attention to your body in a loving, compassionate way is essential to health and healing. When we practice listening to our body, it speaks to us clearly, and helps guide us toward its most easeful, healthful self. In this workshop we’ll explore — through accessible yoga postures and breathing practices — how healthy self appreciation is the guiding force in maintaining a healthy body and mind.
